Our School Board Members

New Board Members

Ms. Kelly Lichter is a founder and Board of Directors member at Mason Classical Academy, a public charter school. Ms. Lichter describes herself as a mother, teacher, and reformer. She has a masters degree in Social Studies Education. She taught Social Studies in Collier County Schools for 2 years. Ms. Lichter and Ms. Donalds are encouraging parents to review the school district's instructional materials.

Senior Board Members

Ms. Kathy Curatolo is in her third term on the School Board. She worked as CEO of numerous non-profit organizations and is now the Executive Vice President for the Collier Building Industry Association. She has a masters degree in English, and certification in School Board Administration.

Ms. Erika Donalds is a businesswoman and parent. She has a Masters in Accountancy, and is a Certified Public Accountant. Ms. Donalds is a founding member and past president of Parents Rights of Choice for Kids. Ms. Donalds and Ms. Lichter signed a contract with Southwest Florida Citizens Alliance. Written by an attorney who gives frequent public comments at Board meetings, this contract defines the new board members' priorities.

Ms. Julie Sprague is in her second term on the School Board.  She has a masters in secondary education, and worked as a physical education and health teacher for thirty years, 10 years at Immokalee High and 10 years at Gulf Coast High School.

Mr. Roy Terry has been an educator his whole career. He has a masters in education, and spent the last 35 years of his career in Collier County, where he has served as a teacher, coach, athletic director, assistant principal, principal, and finally, Collier County School Board Member.
